Room Reservations
Each year, St. Philip’s College hosts seminars, workshops, conferences, lecture series,
luncheons, and other events. Whether you need space for a small meeting or a large
reception, we can assist you.
Faculty and staff, as well as recognized student clubs and other non-college organizations,
may reserve facilities.
Commonly reserved spaces include:
- conference rooms
- Heritage Room
- Watson Fine Arts Auditorium
- Morgan Gallery
- gymnasium
- outdoor pavilions
Requests for facility use are prioritized, as follows:
- classroom instruction
- college events
- governmental agencies
- non-profit organizations
- for-profit organizations
Upon approval of the event, non-college organizations will sign a Facility Rental Agreement.
Customarily, non-college organizations are charged for building use and any associated labor
costs required by the event (security, custodial services, groundskeeper, etc).
The College reserves the right to deny the use of its facilities if said activity
conflicts with the College’s stated mission, or would otherwise create an environment
that would lend itself to damage to college property and/or personal injury.
