Student chefs at college's exemplary-rated Culinary Arts program prepare amazing meals Nov. 11 at Central Market
SAN ANTONIO (Oct. 22, 2009) --- The public is invited to sample the food during the exemplary-rated St. Philip's College Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts program's 2009 Turkey Taste Off Nov. 11 at 11:30 a.m. at Central Market on 4821 Broadway. The visually exciting event allows the college's student-chefs to compete by preparing amazing gourmet-style Thanksgiving dinners with all the trimmings while their audience enjoys a fantastic part of the St. Philip's College experience.
