Accounting Information Systems
As an accounting professional, you’ll do more than just crunch numbers—you’ll
be the first step in keeping a business financially sound. In St. Philip’s
College Accounting Information Systems classes, you will learn how to handle
business transactions, interpret financial statements, and prepare payroll for a
company’s employees. During on-the-job training, you’ll put your skills to work,
while gaining valuable insights into real-world financial situations.
Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Degree
Approximately two years in length, provides a thorough understanding of accounting procedures in business
settings.
One-year Certificate
The one-year Certificate program provides a concentrated study of shorter
duration.
One-semester Marketable Skills
A one-semester Marketable Skills Achievement Award prepares you for quick entry into the workforce.
