SAN ANTONIO COLLEGE ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT IMPERATIVE
· By way of a participatory process, obtain
broad-based and college-wide input regarding perception of
the various aspects of enrollment management
· Analyze the complex, multidimensional and perplexing components of enrollment management
· Develop a Conceptual Model for enrollment
management that includes Retention, Internal Matriculation
Process and MOR (Marketing, Outreach and
Recruitment) as essential elements
· Promote the assertion that a sound enrollment
management system is a shared responsibility among
students, faculty, professional personnel,
classified staff and administrators
· Persuade the constituencies that a strong
enrollment management system must have broad-based/
college-wide support
· Direct the development of a mid-range/long-range
Enrollment Management Plan for review by fellow
Administrators and San Antonio College
Academic Council, and for consideration for final approval
by the President of the College
· Implement the Plan
· Monitor the Plan
· Coordinate periodic evaluations and make adjustments as necessary
