New Employee Orientation (NEO)

New Employee Orientation (NEO) is 2-day interactive session designed for all NVC new-hires. NEO acquaints new employees with the culture, values and organizational make-up of our campus. For full and part-time staff members, we recommend attendance within the first 60 days of employment at the college. All faculty are also welcomed to attend any part of the sessions or the full consecutive two days.
