Welcome to our online partnership with Noel Levitz Connections NOW!

Connections NOW are short web-based courses that will assist you in developing skills such as active listening, anticipating student needs, telephone and e-mail "best practices". 

These courses are being offered to Administrative Assistants at Northwest Vista College in order to reinforce key customer service concepts and enhance our service on campus. 

The training videos are filmed on college campuses and you will be able to work through them at your own pace.  For navigation tips click here
