Leadership Development for NVC Employees
Whale Done!
Please coordinate
with your supervisor prior to registering for a session
We
are pleased and excited to announce a Learning Partnership with
our neighbor SeaWorld to bring the Whale Done! Program
to NVC Employees.
There
will be session offerings through out the calendar year with a
max capacity of 20 participants in each session.
(NOTE: This 8 hour day session includes half of the day in the
classroom, and half of the day at SeaWorld doing an interactive
program with the Beluga Whales. Bring a swim suit and the park
provides the required wet suit.
If you register, we will assume you desire to do the entire program.
Please let us know if you DO NOT want to interact with the whales.
We will only be in waist high water. You may go to the park with
us and if you chose to ONLY be an observer, please let us know
in advance.)

Program
Description:
This program will assist managers and employees alike to understand
the power of positive relationships and building a community of
trust, creativity, and synergy.
Program material used is filmed on location at SeaWorld in Tampa
Florida, with Blanchard teaching viewers how to:
o Improve relationships
o Building trust
o Accentuate the positive
o Redirect energy when things get off track.
The Whale Done! Approach illustrates
to coworkers, managers, and employees that by building positive
relationships, they will become more productive, achieve greater
results, and create an environment where everyone is genuinely
excited about the work they are doing!
