Offering great service can be easy when things are going well. You usually don't learn about an organization's true service character until something goes wrong. In today's competitive service environment merely correcting the problem isn't always enough. Many situations require Service Recovery which is a specific set of actions which customer-oriented organizations take whenever there's a disappointment for the customer.

This is a 5-week program that will address some of the areas that keep us from succeeding our health and wellness goals.
Psychology of Weight Loss Agenda:
Week 1. Overview and discussion of terminology, logs, reasons why we can't get rid of weight
Week 2. Stress reduction and weight loss using HeartMath
Week 3. Wipe out old thoughts and emotions using TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique)
Week 4. Discussing the effects of negative emotions and guided imagery/hypnosis that gets rid of one bad habit
Week 5. Mindless vs. mindful eating and wrap-up

This approach provides the most comprehensive foundation available for fostering positive change at all four levels of leadership: personal, interpersonal, managerial, and organizational. In turn, this solid foundation of principle-centered behavior makes other training initiatives in the organization more productive and valuable.
